Few images, more focus

Few images more focus

Hello my lovelies.

And Hello September! New month, so I thought the vision board will be a good topic to share with you.

I recently updated my vision board and I hope it will inspire you to start something new too. I used to have a big one but this time I chose a small one.

You maybe familiar with a vision board already but just in case this is your first time to hear this kind of board, let me explain a little bit about it. Please note this is not the official definition of it. This is just my own interpretation.

Vision board is a visualization tool where you build a collage of images or text of your goals and dreams. It can be on a board or it can be on paper. You can even do it on a page of a notebook. I think there is also an app for it for you guys who prefer digital. I even used a List of lists in the past. (instead of images, I had lists of different goals). The idea is to have this board displayed somewhere in your home where you can always see it. The more you see it the more you get reminded of your purpose. When you have a constant reminder of your dreams or goals you are more inclined to take action to achieve it.

As for the actualization of the goals, I find that it is depending on how deep your commitment is to achieving your goals. How much action you dedicate for those goals. In my personal experience, this has been such a helpful tool to reach most of my goals and I am hoping you’ll find it useful too should you decide to try it.

Smaller board means smaller space, smaller space means few images, few images means more focus.
