Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Hey there,
I’m so glad you want to help share what I do here at ieSHOP. Here’s what you need to know about how my affiliate program works.
Here’s the formal version of the ieSHOP Affiliate Terms and Conditions written by a lawyer. And here is the ieSHOP Affiliate Terms and Conditions in a simpler, easier-to-understand version.
1. Sharing My Products
Feel free to spread the word about my products and services in your own way. Just please be honest, kind, and follow the law.
2. Earning Money
- You’ll get a special link just for you.
- You earn 40% of each sale made through that link.
- My system keeps track of everything.
- If I change the commission rate, I’ll let you know. Any new rate will start from the change date forward.
3. Refunds
- If someone gets a refund, you don’t earn a commission for that sale.
- I pay commissions after the refund period ends.
- If a sale is refunded or charged back later, I may need to reclaim that commission.
4. Getting Paid
- Commissions are paid by PayPal on the 8th of each month (once refunds are cleared).
- If someone pays in installments, you’ll get your commission that way too.
- Sometimes, I might pay before the payment date and I might pay it all at once.
5. Helpful Tools
I’ll share graphics and sample words you can use to promote. Please use these just for ieSHOP.
6. Ending the Program
I might end the affiliate program (or your place in it) at any time. If that happens, please stop sharing your affiliate link and materials.
7. Life Happens
Sometimes, things happen that I can’t control (like tech issues or big emergencies). I’ll always do my best.
8. How We Work Together
You’re an independent promoter, not my employee. Please handle your own taxes.
9. If a Rule Doesn’t Apply
If any part of this isn’t valid, the rest still counts.
10. Responsibility
I’m not responsible for any loss or damage from your participation.
11. Just You and Me
You can’t give your affiliate spot to someone else.
12. Updates and Changes
If I update these terms, I’ll email you so you always know.
13. Legal Stuff
If any problems or legal issues come up from your participation, those are your responsibility.
14. Disagreements
If we ever have a disagreement, we’ll sort it out in small claims court in Melbourne, Australia.
15. Quick Reminder
The headings are to make things easier to read. This covers everything about being an affiliate with me.
