Personal Growth Essentials

When I was younger, I couldn’t afford books, so I borrowed them from the library. As soon as I could, I started building my own collection and lived what I learned.

The ideas I share here come from real experience, I tested, personalised, and lived them.

And in 2022, the Universe gifted me the best life coach and mentor/friend. One of the best gifts I’ve ever received that year.

Her achievements shine, but her kindness and humility inspire me even more.
